Empowerment is a broad concept, and everyone’s definition is different. However, the general concept of empowerment is to involve those who are frequently left out of decision-making processes. In this scenario, women’s empowerment comes from their inclusion and acceptance in such roles. We can’t all succeed if half of us aren’t allowed to participate, can we?

Females are unable to obtain good employment since they have had a low education or no education at all. As a result, they are forced to either stay at home or work for lower pay. As a result, the father is always the family’s breadwinner. As a result, women have a hard time gaining economic autonomy.

It Is critical to have “Women empowerment” if we want to see a nation that advances economically on a global scale. Women will be truly empowered when they become economically self-sufficient.

Women’s empowerment also refers to when society accepts women as decision-makers in the family’s economic and financial decisions. Women from all walks of life will be encouraged to make their own choices. They are not need to seek permission from men.

The way people think is steadily changing as well. A growing number of women are receiving a good education. The genuine meaning of women’s empowerment, on the other hand, will be realized when gender inequity is removed. We must provide women with equal opportunities, equal salary, and equal respect as men. We hope to live in such a country
